Warehouse Supervisor

About the Job

Supervise and continuously monitor all warehouse operations end-to-end
Verify tally sheets and put-away sheets prepared by tally clerks and TSP operators for accuracy
Ensure all material-handling equipment is operated by authorized personnel only
Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and inspect stored cargo for infestation
Coordinate with customers and customer service teams on inbound and outbound shipment schedules
Allocate space for customer shipments based on requirements, storage conditions, weight, and volume
Efficiently allocate manpower and machinery to minimize overtime and optimize resources
Submit daily operational reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager
Oversee timely offloading, tallying, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and VAS activities
Ensure safe working loads (SWL) are never exceeded for rack storage
Maintain QHSES standards and promptly report safety/health lapses to management
Train and onboard new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer work instructions
